It does give a LEGO Creator feel to it as this is a facade build with the exposed interiors but it is also packed with a lot of detail which is definitely a step up from your usual 3-in-1 sets. The set features the iconic street that every kid growing up on 80’s television will instantly recognise. The LEGO Ideas 123 Sesame Street (21324) will consist of 1367 elements that includes minifigures of Bert, Ernie, Elmo, Cookie Monster, Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch. Sesame Street has been a cornerstone of children’s education since the late 60’s and it is really about time that they got a LEGO set of their own. (Just FYI, Disney does NOT own Sesame Street) The LEGO Ideas platform has been a test bed for sets based on intellectual properties not yet in LEGO’s repertoire and I was quite surprised that they managed to bring the Sesame Workshop into the fold.
